Key Skills & Responsibilities

Architect and deploy agentic AI systems coordinating LLMs, multi-agent collaboration, and tool integrations
Build and optimize AI pipelines using LangGraph, LangChain, ADK
Integrate agentic solutions into enterprise workflows (customer service, supply chain, decision support)
Monitor, evaluate, and debug AI agent performance, reliability, and cost/latency
Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory AI standards
Mentor junior engineers and drive adoption of best-in-class LLM practices

Requirements

4+ years overall experience, including 1+ year hands-on with LangGraph (must-have)
Strong Python skills with proven expertise in multi-agent orchestration, RAG/vector databases, and cloud/MLOps deployment
Sound understanding of data privacy, model security, and AI compliance frameworks

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and async microservices
Build data-intensive applications with PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB
Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EKS, EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC)
Operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes (EKS preferred) — deployments, ingress, autoscaling, troubleshooting
Build CI/CD pipelines and implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
Design event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, partitions, consumer groups)
Set up monitoring & observability with Grafana, Prometheus — track latency, errors, Kafka lag, resource health

Requirements

5+ years in backend engineering/DevOps, with strong production experience across cloud, containers, and distributed messaging systems
Solid CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code practices, with experience implementing AI guardrails (fallback routing, prompt-injection defense, cost budgets)
Demonstrated ownership mindset, with experience mentoring and conducting code reviews
